Terms of service
These terms apply when you visit olniy.com or buy from Olniy ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept them.
1. The store
The store runs on Shopify. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products
The Olniy interactive bird is a plush cat toy with real feathers. Supervise play, check the toy before each session and stop using it if it is damaged. We describe and show our products as accurately as we can; colors may look slightly different on your screen.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include the discounts shown on the product page. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order does not change.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product that is no longer available. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is described in our Shipping policy, returns and refunds in our Refund policy.
6. Use of the site
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to try to break its security, and not to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, logos and design on olniy.com belong to Olniy or its licensors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online when you place your order.
