You have 90 days from delivery to send your order back.

Change of mind

Send the item back in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method. In this case, return shipping is paid by you.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or is not what you ordered, you pay nothing. Email us a photo within 90 days of delivery and we send you a prepaid return label or a replacement. You get a full refund or a new item, your choice.

Wrong size

If the size does not fit, write to us. We will help you check your measurement and exchange it within the same 90 days.

How to start a return

Email contact@olniy.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and the next steps. Please do not send anything back before we answer: packages sent without a return request can get lost.

Timing

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
