1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through olniy.com.

By placing an order with Olniy, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and other product information are accurate.

Minor variations in color, appearance, packaging, or dimensions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information where necessary.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We use third-party payment processors, including Shopify Payments, to process transactions.

We do not directly store your complete payment card information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The confirmation contains information such as your order number, products purchased, price, and shipping information.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the cancelled amount.

7. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing and shipment.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped internationally, including from China directly to the customer's delivery address.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Return shipping is free when the product is:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrectly shipped

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

9. Order Cancellations

You may contact us at contact@olniy.com to request cancellation before your order has been fulfilled.

Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be possible after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

If we are unable to fulfill an order within the applicable promised timeframe, applicable law may require us to offer cancellation and a refund. (Federal Trade Commission)

10. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the applicable delivery timeframe, or if your package appears to be lost or incorrectly delivered, contact us at:

Please provide your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate the issue.

11. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at contact@olniy.com as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

12. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful.

If an order is cancelled for this reason after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

13. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

Where applicable, mandatory consumer protections under federal or state law will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Changes will not retroactively modify the terms applicable to orders that have already been accepted, except where required by law.
